Spectrum TechLabs Alliance (STA), headquartered in Virginia, USA, is the nonprofit funding partner and co-architect of Spectrum XLabs Alliance. Founded by Brainy Swaibu and James Imanian, STA provides the financial, strategic, and technical backbone to bring XLabs initiatives to life across Uganda.
